Splashback was okay, delivery slow

I got a toughened glass splashback for my kitchen. The product itself is decent quality and looks good once installed. However, the delivery took longer than expected, almost two weeks to get to Florida. I understand things can be slow sometimes, but it was a bit frustrating waiting. The packaging was good though, no damage to the glass. Customer service was polite when I called about the delay, but couldn't speed things up much. Overall, an okay experience, but they could improve on shipping times.

Good induction hob

Bought an induction hob. Delivered fast. Works as described. Install was straightforward. Happy with the purchase. Packaging was a bit bulky.

Good hob cover, quick shipping

I ordered a hob cover from Premier Range last week. It got here pretty fast, like 4 days to reach my place in Ohio. The cover itself is nice, fits my stove well. No issues with it at all. Happy with the purchase.

Good product, delivery issues

I bought a toughened glass splashback for my kitchen. The product itself was great quality, looked really good once installed. Delivery, though, took 7 days which was longer than I expected. They said it shipped in 3-5 business days but it was a little late. Customer service was polite when I called about it, but couldn't speed things up.

Another good splashback order

I ordered a toughened glass splashback from Premier Range again, my third one from them for different projects. The color match on the bespoke splashback was spot-on, just like the last time I ordered. It arrived in about a week, which felt a bit longer than my previous orders but still within their estimate. Always appreciate that their products hold up well.

Nice kitchen tap

So, I finally got around to replacing my old kitchen tap and decided on a mixer tap from Premier Range. It looked pretty good on the website and I figured, why not. When it got here, which took like 4 days to reach Austin, it was even nicer in person than I thought it would be. Installation was surprisingly easy, even for me, no weird parts or anything. The water pressure is way better now. Only thing, the box was a little dented on one corner when it arrived.

Great value on induction hob

I was looking for a new induction hob and Premier Range had a really good price during their seasonal sale. I snagged one for about 20% off which was better than other places I checked. The delivery was free too, which saved me even more money. It feels like I got a solid deal, and the hob works perfectly. Definitely worth it for the price I paid.

Love my new hob cover!

Just received my new glass hob cover and I absolutely love it! It's such a simple thing but it makes my kitchen look so much neater and adds some much-needed counter space. The print quality is fantastic, really vibrant, and it fits perfectly over my gas hob. It did take a few more days for delivery than I expected, but it was worth the wait! I'm already thinking about getting a printed splashback next time!
